Highlands Art Gallery is located in historic Chester, New Jersey. The Gallery has a fine selection of traditional oil paintings and bronze sculpture by living, established and emerging artists from the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands. We invite you to come down for a visit or browse through our website and enjoy. We will ship world wide. Designers are welcome.
