Directions to Highlands Art Gallery

Click here to see a Map and get directions. There is plenty of parking at the Bernardsville Public Library building directly behind the gallery at 1 Anderson Road.  Please note that if you plug the address into your GPS, it will bring you to the square, but the wrong gallery.

From 287 North:  Take 287 North to Exit 26B Mt. Airy Rd. North/CR 525 exit towards Bernardsville.  The exit ramp will bring to a traffic light - bear to the right on to Mt. Airy Rd./CR 525.  Follow that for a couple of miles to the traffic light in the center of Bernardsville.  Go straight through the light and on the right look for the library.  Pull in to the library parking lot on the right.  Go around the library building to the right and park. Look for a brick walkway between a white one story building on the left (Meli Melo) and a newly constructed two story building on the right.  Make a right on foot at the end of the short walkway.  The gallery is a few doors down on the right. 

From 287 South:  Take 287 South towards Morristown to Exit 30B (Rt. 202 Bernardsville). Bear right on to Maple Avenue.  Make a left at the traffic light on to Rt. 202 South. Follow Rt. 202 South through the next traffic light.  Look for Peapack Gladstone Bank on the Right. You will be approaching the square.  The gallery is on the right in a row of buildings.  There are some parking spaces on the street in front. If there is no parking, go past the gallery and bear to the right through the light. Look for the public library on the right.  Pull in to the library parking lot on the right.  Go around the library building to the right and park. Look for a brick walkway between a white one story building on the left (Meli Melo) and a newly constructed two story building on the right.  Make a right on foot at the end of the short walkway.  The gallery is a few doors down on the right.  

By Train: New Jersey Transit from New York Penn Station.  See http://www.njtransit.com/sf/sf_servlet.srv?hdnPageAction=TrainTo   Upon exiting the train, turn right and walk towards the traffic light at the center of town.  Go straight through the traffic light, and the gallery is on the opposite side of the road. The walk is less than 1/4 mile.
